The racial makeup of the CDP is 95.85% White, 0.89% African American, 0.34% Native American, 1.29% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.57% from other races, and 1.06% from two or more races. 3.16% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 2,078 households out of which 44.0% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 86.5% are married couples living together, 3.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 9.2% are non-families. 6.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 1.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.87 and the average family size is 3.01.
