There are 531 housing units at an average density of 43.6/km² (113.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 96.74% White, 0.25% African American, 0.17% Native American, 0.17% Asian, 0.17% Pacific Islander, 0.84% from other races, and 1.67% from two or more races. 2.59% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 494 households out of which 30.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.1% are married couples living together, 7.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 31.4% are non-families. 21.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 3.6% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
