The racial makeup of the CDP is 93.45% White, 0.71% African American, 0.44% Native American, 1.78% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 1.67% from other races, and 1.88% from two or more races. 6.66% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 10,911 households out of which 45.2% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.3% are married couples living together, 8.7% have a female householder with no husband present, and 23.4% are non-families. 17.5% of all households are made up of individuals and 2.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.82 and the average family size is 3.23.
